looking for a high-calibre incumbent for the following position:
Account Clerk / Secretary
The incumbent will assist the Team to provide accounting and secretarial support to the daily operation.
Job Description:
• To perform daily book keeping, data entry and vouchers
• To handle full set of accounts, month-end reports
• To prepare bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash
• To provide all-rounded secretarial support to daily operation
• To maintain firm’s internal record keeping and filings
• To assist in receptionist duties as required
• To assist in ad hoc projects assigned by management
Requirements:
• From 6 or above
• At least 2 years relevant work experience preferable
• Monthly salary range for other grading depends on experience
• Knowledge of accounting software is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well-presented & strong sense of initiative, and able to work independently;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available is preferred
