瑜心舍一直致力在不同社區各層面推廣練習瑜伽的好處

所有練習都會由熱身開始,放鬆休息結束,熱身和休息會因應該課的主題和學員的能力來調節長短,而在這部份裡瑜伽磚是重要的角色,讓大家更快投入練習的狀態。

課堂級別
-初級班1 – 適合初學者,而且長久沒有接解過任何運動。
-初級班2 – 適合初學者,導師會嘗試幫助初學者練習得更有美感和加強控制呼吸。
-中級 – 會有些倒轉和各類平衡的式子。(不適合初學者)
