Job Responsibilities:

– Responsible for overall in-house warehouse operation management

– Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation procedures to achieve company goals within internal guidelines

– Lead a team of storekeepers to handle all aspects of warehouse operation including goods receiving, put-away, picking, packing, month-end stock take, and regular cycle count, etc.

– Evaluate and review operation workflow and regular update warehouse SOP in order to enhance operation efficiency and accuracy

– Consistently review storage locations and picking paths, optimize space allocations and utilize workforce to enhance productivity and efficiency

– Explore any alternatives to react the labor market needs and enhance staff retention – Handle ad hoc project assigned by Management

Job Requirements: 

– Diploma or above in warehouse management or related discipline;

– Minimum 5 year experiences in warehouse operation and with 3 years at supervisory level

– Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Dynamic NAV system is an advantage

– Teamwork oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels

– Proactive responsible and willing to work under pressure – Immediate available is highly preferred
